Brake master cylinder

    I went through this on my 1970. I almost threw out a good master cylinder because the rear section didn't work. On closer inspection I found that the retainer clip that holds the pushrod in place was not letting the piston travel back far enough to let new fluid into the compression chamber. small adjustment and all was fine
