    I have seen a plan for "quick disconnect" mudflaps for a CJ... now where did I see that? :rofl: :?

    98% of cops do not even know about laws like this and if the do they dont really enforce it unless you piss them off or some happens like your truck picks up a rock and puts it into someones car windshied. I wouldnt worry about it.
