I am finishing up replacing a Dauntless V-6 in my 2A, the brake pedal presented no problems until I added Herm's dual master cylinder kit. Now I have all kinds of clearance issues with the brake pedal shaft hitting either the engine block or the master cylinder bracket. I have bent the brake pedal several times and now the brake pedal shaft won't hit the floorboard hole. Also have tried moving the pedal shaft left and right on the cross shaft with no success. Anyone else had this problem? Can I modify the M/C bracket for additional clearance, or what should I try next

You can try an offset in the rod for the MC, but the torque will cause issues over time. I always bent the pedal rod and moved the pedal, or went to swinging pedals on my rigs.
