I checked the compression on my 225-V6 tonight. The lowest cylinder was 90 the highest was 105. It took lots of cranking to get them there each crank seemed to boost it by 5 psi till I got to the max. Not good huh, probably needs new rings soon. It hasn't been run for months prior to testing would that make a difference? What is the lowest reading for it to still be considered in the OK range? Shouldn't it be more in the range of 120-140?

Yes that would make a difference, try driving it around for a couple of days to reseat everything and then recheck it, and yes you're also right about the compression reading needing to be up around the 125 -150 range on the motor if it is in good shape.
