    does anyone know if the holbrook long leaf spring kit uses a spring that i might find in a salvage yard. $850.00 plus shipping is out of reach for me.

    They are one off kits......the springs are made when ordered............

    And the axle is not centered on the spring. If you want the best springs for your flatty, just bite the bullet and buy a set. Nothing else like them on the market that I am aware of.
