Ramsey winch lubrication?

    Hey guys, got a Ramsey PTO winch.. I see one grease fitting on the free spool lever side and none on the side where the shaft enters the winch.. I see small amount of fluid near shaft, looks like its coming from backside of winch, maybe a bad seal... Anyway, how do add lube to this? What type of lube? And can I get a new seal?

    FYI you can walk into any bearing store with the old bearings or seals & get replacements- these are stock catalog items.
