I know what fun it can be. I've been there. Except for the water in the fuel. ;)

It was a blast and a great first adventure!
The log got caught up between the frame and the axle so when moving forward the other end of it was plowing into the ground.
I am trying to find somebody that want's to go play tomorrow but I am striking out.... living in the big city (Houston) I only know a couple people with 4x4's .. one has to work and the other guy will not take his off payment, he bought it, raised it 3 inh's, put 33's under it will not drive it on anything but concrete... I asked why he put so much into it and he said because it looks cool... geeez what a waste.
I guess I need to invest in a wench so I can get myself out.

Cool pics! Looks like it was a fun father & son outing on the trails. Where in Houston was that by the way? You may already know about this club, but if you're looking for folks to go off-roading, check out www.tx4wd.org.

I live on the far south side of Houston almost to Galveston, the place we went that day is south of Alvin on the banks of Chocolate Bayou it's a pretty cool place to go wheeling but you gotta be careful because of the ruts the monster trucks leave behind (like the one I slide of into).
There just isn't many places out here to go but I am looking.... I use to ride atv's and dirt bikes at some abandoned sand pits but they have all been filled in and have houses on em now... dayum my luck.
Going check out the club now.... I had never heard of them.. THANKS!
