VIN Number breakdown

    Purchased a CJ5 on a Bill Of Sale stating it is a 1968. Finding a few things to maybe differ from it being a 1968. VIN Number is 8305 238029. F4 engine serial number is 4J468021. I was told that prior to 1967 F4 engines were stamped 4J. Need help deciphering.

    Yeah, it's broken. I tried the link with .net instead of .com and that does not work either.

    That link has actually been broken for quite a while probably couple months at least. I tried several times over last couple of months and I always got the 404 not found

    I now have a copy of this file but it has a copyright by Mark olsen 2006. Does ECJ5 have permission or is it needed to post it back to the forum? Any body know for sure?
