    Flat top glass, bottom mount wipers with motor on outside looks original to about 1968.

    Okay cool, for some reason I thought that the wipers on the 68 were at the top of the windshield. I just didn't want end up with a top that I couldn't use.

    At least some of the 68's did have top mounted wipers-my 68 certainly does. I thought the bottom mount wipers came in 69, along with the side reflectors.

    later '68 had the flat top glass and bottom mount wipers. I've had a couple of these. Typically by '69 there was the taller arched-top glass. I've been unable to confirm if stock but I have seen a few late '67's with the bottom mount wipers and flat top glass.

    But either way, it takes the same top.
    55-75 CJ5 top is the same.

    Yup.

    Only the '76-on models are different. That windshield has bottom mounted electric wipers with the motor inside the passenger cabin, in front of the driver.
