With the help pf my brother over the last couple of days we were able to get my new CJ5 up and running and drove it home the couple of miles to my house earlier today.

here is a shot of it right before I left the prev owners yard.

This is all of the stuff that was in the back of the CJ. Including 9 tire chains and other some hardware I cant ID! I also cant figure out where the long rubber trim piece with the blue paint is supposed to go.

I spent a couple hours cleaning all the mouse hotels and other garbage out of it now I'm hoping to get it into my garage in the next couple of days to start working on it

First time I ever see that piece of hardware. Almost looks like those two front brackets that hold down my passenger front seat on my m38a1. Not sure if the cj5 had a similar setup

Side mirror brackets. Are the tabs facing opposite directions?

Last pic is of very early CJ passenger seat pivot brackets. May also fit flatfenders but not sure on that

    I spy...

    A spare tire mounting bracket.

    A fresh air heater hose.

A glove box door button and door.

    What year?

They can be. I paid some stupid thing like 50 bucks for mine. That was 4 or 5 years ago, I might be wrong on the price. I know if you look around you can find them cheaper than that.

WOW! I just looked on Kaiser Willys website. Those Jerry cans and mounts are expensive!! I had no idea the mount and strap would cost that much!
