Where have you sourced good quality clutch parts for Dauntless equipped jeeps? Close to stock strength is good enough.
    Any "made in USA"?

The Dauntless clutch is nothing more than a standard Chevy clutch. Any auto parts store should have the whole clutch in stock!!

Is your centerforce a smooth grab that you can feather if you have to? I always hear centerforce clutches are set up for drag racers - on or off with no ability to control the grab.

I used a Centerforce II disc and pressure plate on my 225. Exceptional pedal feel and performance. Highly recommend it.

That's what I'm wanting to do with mine. Just a different TO bearing to match the clutch fingers... everthing else should be the same. Shouldn't be a problem going to a Diaphragm clutch from the original Borg and Beck, right? :?

shouldnt be. i have done it on many other makes/models. with no ill results, dont see where a jeep would be any different.

Good to hear... I went with an "inexpensive" kit back in Aug '05 and now it's acting up again. Won't hold an adjustment for more than a few days and a VERY stiff pedal, plus the cable is beginning to kink... Thought I'd try something different this time and the Centerforce seems like a good idea.

my centerforce is not the hard core version. by far best clutch ive ever had.
it feathers nicely, without getting stinky, hasn't slipped once

Also the AA clutch gear and chain gizmo is nice as well.. no more cross tube and cables, worth it worth it!!

I just bought one 2 weeks ago. Had to have one made, because I wanted a three finger clutch and not a diaphram. Got in made at Commercial Brake and Clutch in Tacoma Wa. Out the door for about $150, where a Hays was closer to $400. 10.5" clutch with a standard chevy throwout bearing. Good luck to you.
