The Lower ball joints on my CJ are flogged out again
after about 12 months of hard work, jeep doesn't see a lot of road miles, an it's pretty rocky around here, + heavy steel rims and TSL SX's
    anyway

last ones I fitted were Crown, non greaseable

I'm thinking of going to Moog brand with grease nipples

anyone have any exp/opinions with these

    Mike

    just searched people recommend spicer

can anyone recomend an online supplier that stocks these?

I run the Moog's. They have been on my Jeep for 5 years running 35x12.5r15 MTR's in some rough wheelin and are still nice and tight.

I run Spicers and have had good luck with them. Usually a little cheaper in kit form than Moog's. Might try Six States Distributing or any Spicer dealer.

Moog is some of the best you can buy. I'd definately go with greasable. My 74 has the original ball joints and has 158k miles on it. Regular greasing does wonders.

bit of a toss up between the Moog's and the Spicers
have to buy online, because I'm in Oz
    are the Spicers greaseable?

found this spicer part no DAN706116X
are the dana44 and dana30 balljoints the same?
