Hey guys, I have a 1971 offset Dana 44 rear end that I'm trying to get new shafts. But after doing numerous google searches I seem not to be able to find a place that sells new shafts. They all start with 1972 Dana 44 center axle. Can any one tell me where I can find these shafts?

    Thanks ahead of time.:)

They are not available for the offset axles anymore, at least not as a stock item. These people can make them for you,;http://www.dutchmanms.com/4_axles.html
There is also another company that does it, can't remember who right off the bat though!

might try Mile High Jeep in Denver. They have come through with a lot of oddball stuff for me in the past.

If you're going to have axles made, why not go full-floater?

Last time I was up at R&P they had some shafts for that axle that they had made. They took longer axles and them re-splined. You might give them a call at 503-557-8911. Nickmil
