    I have done these myself and it's not too hard, but I do reccomend getting a locking strip tool like the Lisle part# LIS47000. You can find it here http://www.etoolcart.com or at any decent auto parts store. Use plenty of soapy water and resist the temptation to cut the seal short until you have most of it installed.
