Alright had to clean battery connectors. Now got it turning over but now I think my key switch is stuck so when it's hooked up it turns over by itself so going to get new key switch and see if that fixes it. R just unplug it and hook power to trouble shoot it before I go buy a new switch.

The battery needs to be fully charged or the solinoid will stick. Sometimes a tap with a rubber mallet will unstick em. I've had new ones be bad as well.

Well got it where it will turn over and hit off idle for bout 10 seconds with gas pored in the carb. I think I have a bad connection under the dash R in the plug to the switch I can mess with it and sometimes turn over but I think that will be my next project fixing the wireing. And getting it starting reliably. Any body have a wire harness lol.
