This one has the BOP bell housing with the stock iron adaptor.

The one piece bell housing was available only with the 71 model, so is rare, but was evidently a popular item for V6 conversions in earlier Jeeps while it was available from the dealers and junk yards.

I have one of those 71 bell housings in my barn which was drilled and tapped to accept a T-90 for a conversion made into a CJ5 Standard. That one piece bell housing makes for a nice conversion which I have encountered on a couple of Jeeps I have owned.

Just for reference, here's the long belhousing, T-14, and large hole single stick transfer case out of my '71:

All of which was replaced with a standard BOP bellhousing, T-18, dual stick large hole transfer case, and overdrive.

Who is to say the tub is original to the frame?

Unless I can find a number on the frame, I don't know who is to say the tub is original to the frame.

Looks like it has been there a long while though, long enough for the hat channels, and most of the floors, to rot and settle around the frame.
