This happens when your parctical voice in your head fights with your got to right voice in your head. People who take pride in their work know who wins. Very nice work, Ron

I need to get a battery from one of my vehicles to try the starter. I don't like surprises.

Another setback: it rains (as usual) in South Florida!:banghead:

Today was a dry day! I managed to move forward with the location of the gas filler.

Looking now at the pictures, I think I need more sanding and filler in that rear panel!

Finally, some paint! I am more happy with the result than I anticipated. I mixed at 5 to 1 paint with xylene as recommend. This was the first dry weekend in a while so I took advantage of it. Still need to do the fenders, but I ran out if space to hang painted parts and daylight ( also got a little tired)! But it is another step towards getting this baby on the road!

I hope this weekend I can finish throwing some paint on the fenders to start putting all together and then do the electrical!

One step forward and two steps back! I pulled the windshield frame out from storage to prep it for some paint and while trying the hinges I realized one side if the frame base is way off and it does not seat properly. :censored::banghead::mad::steamed:
I will have to hack it to make it fit. I should have done this before painting the body so I do not risk scratches all over.
    Oh, well!

After some grinder ingeneering it seats better. I will weld them later, I am done for the day. After completing the mod I am still not pleased at all, both sides look different even with the hinges all the way in and the holes aligned with the frame. Oh, well!
