The shop can adjust the toe-in pretty easily. Funny that they did not make both sides green, although they did adjust some. The camber is welded in to the axle, so it is what it is. 6 degrees caster should be fine.

Forget about green or red. That is based about what specs (if any) are in the alignment equipment database. For a vehicle like this the programmed specs may be not what's needed. Go with it and drive it and see how it handles. Should be fine. As always keep an eye on tire wear. If it wanders at all adjust in about 1/16"-1/8" Toe in and enjoy. It may wander a bit as Toe in seems a bit on the low side with your tire size. Your caster looks good. Camber is a little high on the difference right to left but on a vehicle this old not surprising and probably won't cause an issue at all.

Camber can be adjusted with tapered shims. Have never done it on my jeep but have installed them on pickup trucks.

Yup. They are called Cosmo shims. Come in different degrees of taper.

I set my toe in like the FSM says, a straight edge, and turn the tie rods a 1/4 turn each. Seems OK
