I am working on putting together a saginaw swap for my CJ3B. I have found a DJ steering column that I am thinking of useing. The question that I have for those who have gone this route, does the DJ column accept a Willy's steering wheel? I want it to look at orginal as possible.

    Thanks

The '75 and older DJ columns use a Willys style wheel. The '76 and newer do use a different wheel but the tube diameter is larger also so may want to check into that. Don't know if the '75 and older or '76 and newer wheels will interchange.

I have an early DJ column that I'll slightly modify to fit onto the intermediate shaft coming from Saginaw box.
Yes the CJ steering wheel will fit perfectly.
The DJ column uses a different (external) outlet for the horn wire than a standard CJ Ross column.
