I would not spend any money on a single bowl master cylinder. A dual master cylinder is an important safety upgrade. Just my opinion, YMMV.
Repop frames are available, I have one on my Jeep. Lighter steel than a stock one but it works. You'll still need to find all the wiper mechanism.
CJ's in those years came with airplane gears...I've seen some with 2.73s!
