    Hello,

The PO of my CDN M101 trailer converted the wheels to a 5" bolt pattern (new jeep). I would like to convert to the CJ 5 on 5.5" bolt pattern so I can just have the spare that is already attached tail of the jeep. Does anyone have a good source for these type of wheel adapters? Any recommendations?

Also, will I need 1" or 1.25" wheel spacers to make it all work? I am running 31" 10.50s.

    Thank you!

Spdertrax are good, use them on the CJ, but it seems they do not make adapters. How about Summit Racing? Anybody use them?

    Thank you!

Is the 5.5" bolt pattern the standard for your trailer? If so I would consider just replacing the hubs back to original. Even better is find someone with a newer Jeep who is looking for the 5" and swap hubs.
I do plan to use spacers on the rear of ours so am not opposed to them.

this is what summit had 5x5 to 5x5.5 1.5" thick
    http://www.summitracing.com/parts/RGG-1520107/
I had just checked on my order at 1am and it is waiting for ups or fedex
I had some parts back ordered last week so i just called after finding a part that would work in place and they added it with today's order, canceling the back ordered parts and now i have a credit, call took ~4min 31sec including hold time.
    I'm a very happy Jeeper.

This is good info. The PO of my CDN M101 trailer said he adapted to a different bolt pattern, but I can't tell. He said it is a modern Jeep, but TJ's are running 5 on 4.5 and the trailer wheels measured out to 5 on 4.25 with a tape measure. Again, I may be off, the CDN M101 specs say it is a 5 on 112mm or 5 on 4.4, which is oddball. It looks like these will have to be custom made, but I want to be sure. Anyone out there with experience on this?

    Thank you!

    Got it!

Spidertrax 5x4.5 to 5x5.5 adapter. The wheels are spaced out about 1" more than I'd like, but not too bad. I have attached a poor cellphone pic of the rig. Thanks for all your help!!

The stock M101CDN pattern is a Volkswagen van pattern.

    5 x 5.5 hubs are available, Dexter p/n K08-256-90 is one.
