Vss

Does anybody know if there is a VSS out there for a T14/D20 combination? Would like to run an electrical Speedo for easy tire swaps. Thanks.

If you just looking for a VSS, go to "Jags that Run". Less expensive than Dakota.
Stealth Conversions Vehicle Speed Sensors for V8 Conversions . That's where I got the unit I needed when I installed my efi controlled engine.

Usually though the speedometer manufacture has one available to be used with their speedo. Example, here is the one I used for my VDO speedo. Standard GM 7/8-18 Thread, Aluminum body | VDO Instruments and Accessories

Thanks. I only thought about doing this today. Getting the gauge from Auto Meter so will call them in the morning. That was real helpful information.

 

I have an Auto Meter speedo...I thought the vss came with it. I might be wrong about that though. Fit nicely on the Dana 20 speedo threads.

 

For the same money there are several GPS speedos available, no changes required for tire size..
