Ive Been drawing out this bumper for a while but now Im able to see it since I did it with the sketch it program. Its not Exactly right but its pretty close , it took me about a hour to do it . Now I just need to find the build it button R) Tell me yalls opinions , I have 90 % of the metal I need to build it the way its currently designed. BTW the tab on th hitch is going to have 2 holes so I can bolt it to the center of the rear cross and of course the 2 brackets are going to be bolted to the frame , I just didnt feel like messing with it any more tonite

Im not sure of the exact weight but I have every thing but the 5" flat bar to close the back of it in and I can pick up all the pieces in one go. The sad thing is I have a 2.5 foot long by 4 inch piece of 1" thick steel steel that Im going to make my front and rear clevis point out of that I havnt cut yet. The 4" channel is 1/8 matrial so is the mounting bracket angle stock. I havnt learn how to make the programm do stuff in the increments I want yet ,it seems to have a mind of its own on that R)

Well its for my 62 , I drew it out on paper last year . I revised it a few times and Ive been gathering up scrap steel to build it. So far I havnt bought any steel for it yet R) . I think Im going to have to buy a 5 foot 5" wide 1/8 peice of steel . I hate stuff that cost money R)

They are going to go all the way to the inside of the bumper , Ive thought about going all the way though with the angle but Im not sure if I feel that industrious R)

Looks good. You might want to have some type of loops near the hitch for trailer safety chains to attach.

how far out from the back will it project?
I dn't have one yet, just a 2' reciever welded to the back crossmember for the trailer hitch. Concidering mounting my HyLift back there too.

    Nice departure angle.
