    If it truly was rebuilt with all new stuff, that is probably a really good deal.

    Don't know if you can truly know the quality of the rebuild - but if it is, then its probably a really good deal. I rebuilt mine less than a year ago - tanking and machining costs etc was $1400 plus and then parts etc on top of that.
