164 is trim option number for "Amber Metallic", Trim code N-35.
I have President Red as paint code 226/326, but my parts book is for the mid-60s up (Kaiser years).

I have 1965 CJ-5 that was repainted by the original owner. The original color is a pale green color, but I don't know what it is called. There is a label on the passenger side of the firewall that reads 230 199 Is that the paint and trim code and, if so, what is the name of the original paint color? Maybe Whitecap or Parkway Green?

230 is parkway green (paint) and 199 is 2/3-1/3 green vinyl (trim).

Yes, 230 is Parkway Green. With the associated trim color/seat type thet Zoomer posted, you likely have a Tuxedo Park. That exterior color/trim code is pretty unique to the '64/'65 Tuxes. These early Tuxes only came in four colors for these two years. The Whitecap you mention is also Tux color, being bright white.
Check your serial number to see if it has an 8322 prefix. If so, you have a Tuxedo Park.

    Thanks Zoomer and Keys5a.

The original color was light green which I now know is called Parkway Green.

The seats are a dark green vinyl and they are in the 2/3-1/3 (60/40) layout.

The serial number is 8305 185957 so I believe is is not a Tux, just a Universal model.

Thanks again for the help. I love this forum!
