Absolutely. I think we're all in agreement on that.
Rebuild the T-90 and pull the t-case apart too so you can at a minimum inspect the bearings. Any sign of rust pitting means replace. Obviously inspect the clutch too.

Remember that the T-90 and D-18 share gear lube so the flakes in the transmission have also gone through the D-18. At minimum the D-18 needs to be completely taken apart and cleaned thoroughly.

no transfer case , it's a bushing that's in the front of rear output shaft. while its out . you still have to disassemble your transmission for other issue

T case bushing is good Twin2. I got the trans out today and on the bench. It needs 2nd gear and both bearings replaced . There is a lot of grit in it i will take it to the local machine shop and have them solvent wash it . So far that is it

I just got done doing this myself.

The large kit has the two sets of roller pins and two unsealed bearings 1.375 ID 3 1/8 OD plus THE two syncros and other goodies LIKE ALL THE GASKETS.

go to u tube UNDER T90 REBUILD, there is a video guy who used the novak kit with the sealed front bearing and that is a good start for where you want to end up.

If you did not go novak for parts (Me jC Whitney had a Crown kit for $75 SHIPPED)
there is only 27 minutes on the video of 39 minutes that are specific AND relevant.

Your photos were not showing an exploded tranny just some worn out bearings in my opinion, change the clutch and throw out bearing too, so that they cannot be the next reason to tear it all apart again.
Consider synthetic gear lube/oil. Any gear that you remove consider glass beading it spotless and then dunk tank in cleaner solvent prior to re installation.
Air blast, compressed air, all oil paths, everyone, always, within the gear shafts and threaded areas in the case and all the gears too

You are having all the fun now!
