Location of CJ2A Found

I came across a cj2 a couple miles from my house. Its actually been there a year or so but just decided to post about it. I guess you could say i was deciding if it would be worth it to take on another project.
Its in rough shape first of all. It has l-head doesnt run, engines all there if i remember correctly.

Original speedo didnt notice the rest.
missing seat frames.
tool box rotted underneath, good cover.
some type of rotting homemade wood hardtop.
non-orig gas tank securing inthe rear somehow.
hydraulic setup behind tansmission to use for the plow on the front
orig suspension sagging bad espy. in front
frame seems decent, normal rust
tub seem rotted pretty bad, fixable if i recall w/some work
windshild frame rotted
orig tailgate rested
orig grill, nice
hood, decent
tires, ndt, dry rotted
dana 18
trans looks original
no overdrive or pto those are so cool
condition of everything mechanical unknown

Belongs to the guys old dad, doesnt know if he will sell even though he will never do anything with it. hes got a bunch of junk cars, messy looking place but seems like he has some cool project potencial? deals once in a while.
