    Here it is: 8705F1720430

The data plate on the pax side is missing, but still have remnants of Aqua Greenish color.

Yeah, I know.....this yellow wasn't an original color!

The people I bought it from got it from Lost Wages, Nevada and there is a sticker (dealership) from New Mexico in the glove box.

My beester has travelled more than me!

    My project rig is...

    Title Year: 1969
    ID# 8705F17 60389

I believe the original owner was from Balboa, CA. Then it was sold to a family friend in Mammoth Lakes, CA. Then to my uncle here in Chino, CA. Now its mine; when I get a bit o cash to build her up, that is.

Oh yeah, the entire drivetrain from engine to axles is going to be for sale if anyone is interested. Sorry if this is against board rules.

    Take a look here http://www.earlycj5.com/zoomer/Vehicle_Indentification.pdf

Are you sure that is an "R"? I can't find anything referencing that letter. Should be either a F, H or O

    ‘F’ Station Wagon (Jeepster)
    ‘H’ Pick-Up (Jeepster)
    ‘0’ Roadster Open Body (Jeepster)
