I got it a heater for Christmas and I'm ready to hook up the lines from the engine to the core. I have one line coming out of the water pump and another from the rear of the engine. Which one should go into the inlet port of the core? In the instructions it says switching them could decrease the heat by 25%. Thanks!

If the heater has a designated "inlet" then I suppose it would be reasonable to think it should accept the hose from the water pump "outlet".

The one from the rear of the engine is "out", and the one on the water pump is the return.

Forgive me being nosy, but is it okay to have that rubber oil line and the pressurized rubber gas line so close to the hot manifold?

Ha, yeah the oil line is a little close.. the gas line is further away than it looks in the pic. That's the length that was correct for the engine.. maybe I should feed it below the draft tube?

I appreciate you guys looking out for me

Run the fuel any way you want, seeing as how you are using an electric pump.
The oil line, you might want some kinda loom bracket to hold it away from the exhaust manifold.
