That's what he said. He said just cut the bracket that goes on the firewall off and it's the same. I got one for the wagon so I'm going to look at closely after the holidays.

I did the new motor and reverse rotation on my 59 and I feel there is a big difference. But currently the jeeps topless so it doesn't keep the heat in

When you hook up the 2 hoses, how can you change the flow direction?

I don't believe the flow direction matters with a heater core.....especially with such a simple system as ours.

I misunderstood WorkInProgress comment on reversing. I was thinking water and how you could do that, but now that I re read it I think he was talking fan I guess.

Yes i was talking about reversing the rotation, of the brand new heater blower motor that i installed as an upgrade to put out more heat in the original driver side (placebo) heater. this comment of mine was about the comment Greevesman had posted about him upgrading the blower motor and saying it was a waste of time, just saying it worked for me

just switch the hoses on the couplings so that the one into the heater core is on the nipple for the out side of the core and the same with the outgoing hose.

Useful in clearing all the sediment in the heater core.
