TRUST ME i want to but with the way the rear tires stick out, not sure how the local po-po will like it. I used stainless bolts to mount them so i may take them off and add the rubber to them as well to see what it looks like. Worse case is i will have to build me some plug in mud flaps to keep the law enforcement happy

I've never been poped by the po-po for that ,,,,,and mine stick out like yours.but I didn't dent my hood with the winch cable either .

take them off , its just a fix it ticket right. $10?been along time since Ive gotten a ticket in my junk or the Olds .....

"this 1 time at band camp " I had the 442 full of buddys at 2am coming home from a pub,the light turned green and I just dumped it and we just sat there boiling the tires into second,,, and third. of course the MAN was right around the corner and the intersection was full of smoke . so BEFORE I get lit up ,,,,,,,,I pull over. The cop was checking out the car more than for busting me .I was not drinking , .I told him I had just started to drive stick and did not want to stall it with all my buddys in the car ,,,,,,,he let me go !

Not stall it with all my bu........get out of here. I think he knew you were full of "it" if you managed to get a stick into 3rd mid burnout haha. Here is a pic with the rear flares off...

oh, also for the rear, I had to notch the rear of the wheel well in order to get the TJ flares to fit. So if i take them off, you can see where it was cut. I would have to trim off the rear of the wheel opening in order for it to look even. See?

Wouldn't some rear quarter armor cover ant flaws and be made to look even? Not to mention the protection factot

The radius of your rear openings don't look too bad from that angle. Clean it up a bit and call it good, it looks way better without the TJ flares.

I agree that it does. Only thing is, is that I would want to cover the metal edge like I did in the front and cant without removing the rest of the factory wheel well lip...which aint that big of a deal but not too high on the priority list for the jeep.
