I have been search through exhaust post and havent seen this pop up. I have a 225 with AA headers in my flat fender project. The easiest way I can see to route my exhaust on the right side is down my right frame rail, come out of the header, do a little jig and then about 1/2 the pipe would be in the frame rail, 1/2 exposed until I pass the transfer case. Not sure if this is a bad idea or not. If I get it perfect I probably end up with 1/2" clearance between the pipe and frame all around. Will it get the frame hot enough to cook the paint? My dana 30 front has a large pad to the right of the U-joint which looks like it will bang the heck out of my pipe if I route the conventional way around the oil pan.

Looks pretty clean, have you driven it with that setup yet?

If you are running the D-18 transfer case you won't be able to run the pipe through that location. I found the best route was down the drivers side.
