Dropping Crank For Rear Main Seal

    I did not and it doesn't leak.

    I replaced mine by only removing the rear bearing cap, did not have to loosen anything else on my F134.     don't get the one from Kaiser willys….it has an extra lip that wont' fit.....voice of experience here just last week! have somebody turn the crank while you extract old and insert new.
