Dana 27 Spider Gears

    I'm about to do my diffs and regear my 62 with 4.10 or 427. I have a 27 and 44 dana. When doing this, is there a precision on how close the pinion has to be or should I just use what washers/spacers are in there now and put on new gears? Also if any one has a set and carriers for 27 I might be interested in believe the d44 has a carrier break at 3.73.
