It's a Chevy V8 shared with Buick. So, no. You'd need a Buick small block 300/340/350 produced 1964 through 1980 to be an easy swap.

    Anyway, a T-14 won't hold up to V8 power.

so the other one locally is a 69 buick skylark 350... that would be a better option?

plan is for a sm465 and a dana 300 so maybe it would be better to just do it all at the same time with a regular chevy 350..

There you go. The Skylark engine will sit on the existing 225 motor mounts. You'd need to move the radiator forward because of the added engine length ahead of the mounts. You'll need a 350 flywheel. If you wanted to bolt it to the T-14 you could, but you'd need to have a light foot to make it last.

The best drop-in scenario for these Buick V8s is in a V6 Jeepster with a TH400.

I would expect the Skylark to have value as a car... if the owner is pulling the engine to make a hot rod or such, that would be ideal. But buying the whole car as an engine donor may not be cost effective.

Up to you whether you want the Buick or Chevy 350. The Chevy will need custom mounts. The Buick is a long-stroke engine with more torque, compared to the Chevy. Parts for the Buick will be a little more expensive.

The only drawback to a Buick 350 is the weight of it. A 4 barrel intake and exhaust manifolds are heavy. Chevy 350 is so much easier to adapt to most any transmission and has every imaginable aftermarket part available.
