BOP patterns and the 225

    The more I search, the more I get confused.
    I am wanting to buy a 1967 225 out of a Jeepster. Does this motor bolt up to a standard BOP TH400 or do I need an adapter? This trans I have came out of a buick car.

    Yes. Standard BOP bellhousing pattern. I run a BOP TH400 on mine

    Yes, what Chuck said. The 225 is a Buick, with the BOP bell pattern....

    now just get the engine from shawn, the body from me, and in about 10 yrs youll be finsihed....
