Stabilizers only paper over the issues that cause death wobble. I'm too lazy to go back through the posts- when you rebuilt it did you freshen up the steering components? What's the toe in & has caster been checked?

I didn't look, but maybe they put the weights on just the inside~ I'll check tomorrow.;)
I read about the "covering up" of the real issues. It's just strange it didn't do the wobble with the other tires. but when I spoke to Robo earlier, he said that it did occur after going over the some RR tracks~ that would do it. I'll be double checking the toe, however didn't check the caster, but I can do that too. We didn't go into the axle housings, like the king pin bearings, etc. But it did so well with the larger tires:(
Y'all givin me some ideas to go on~ thank you all!

    Suspect #1.

Back in my military days we had a Deuce & 1/2 that would occasionally go crazy, just about every time someone took it out they reported it to maintenance who would duly report they could find nothing wrong with it. I was in it riding shotgun one day it went nuts- the driver & I both had a death grip on the wheel & it was throwing around the cab like rag dolls.

Four or five months later the vehicle techs finally found it had bad king pins.
