Again, it has been a few weeks since I posted, but I do read the boards often. I've been busy working on my '53 M38a1 project and now I have some nice new shiney exhaust with Advance Adapters headers installed. For a Buick V6 3.8 liter, it does sound pretty tough. 8) Anyway, I've started on the body work and plan to paint in the next month or so. My 30th birthday is in a couple of months and my wife asked if I would like a top for the little buggy. I'm thinking of getting one of these:

My question is, and I suppose I should just aske the people that make the top, but will the fastback top fit on my rollbar? (I wish I had a picture handy). I don't know what year Jeep my roll bar is out of, but it has the horizontal tubes that come off the upright before they angle down to the wheel wells. Most of the early CJ-s I've seen only have the angle pipe directly off the vertical roll bar.

Does anyone have the fastback top's? Personally, I think they look pretty cool.

My daughter had a guy friend a few years back said he was going to have to pull his rollbar to use the fasback top. Wasn't this brand, see alot of them around though. Renders your backseat useless.
