My jeep just turned 65,000 on a sunny ride with the wife and kid and it reminded me that some might appreciate an update on how the turbocharged 134 F head has been. I can say that elevations above 8000 feet it was a dream with no loss in power. Starting it when cold remains an issue and I have been suffering a steady loss in horsepower the last few months culminating in a 4x2 stall out in hi range 1st gear rather than a spin out. All that aside, the project continues... Click on the link for a video update.

I did the compression the valves are fine, 120,120,110,120. The issue ended up being a loose bolt on the carburetor that was allowing the linkage to rotate and pumping accelerator pump with out opening the butterfly. Poor thing was choking to death.
