I am about to replace the master cylinder on my jeep. It is mounted on the frame rail. The two bolts which hold it to the frame rail appear easy enough to get to. Where the rod coming from the back of the master cylinder connects to does not appear as easy to get to. Are there any tricks to this or do I just need to grab a 12 pack :stout: and plan on some time?

The actuating rod? That just slides in, just remove the two bolts and be done with it, but have  on hand anyway. ;)

Well, I think it does. I can't remember now it's been so long since I did one.

It's not as hard as you're making it out to be I remember that much. :D

The pushrod should connect to the brake pedal.

Yeah but is it connected in the MC? I can't remember. One of the ones I worked with didn't, maybe it was the Bug?
