    A picture of the base plate would help but it looks like the one I just picked up and it fits fine.

    Can't tell you about choke clearance. Likely it will be ok since it fits a Holley. You may need a collar to go underneath it, to raise it up a little.

    The base plate is correct at 5.125" in diameter.

    I have the same one, but mine is chrome on an AMC 360 with Motorcraft 2100 Carb. Mine sits flush with the bottom plate of the carb.
