I have one, have had it since around 1997 or so when we restored ours and the dash pad as too far gone. Its been great as far as holding up, the cup holders are useless unless your sitting still, the storage pocket is the best part. Ours also houses 2 speakers for the radio that we use to have. I will grab some pics of it tonight for ya. Seems like I remember it attaching like the dash pad, the snapping the cover over the back part that is bolted to the dash, I could be wrong though, it was a long time ago

I have one that I can no longer use due to the cage I had built. It is held on by a couple of sheet metal screwsfrom inside the storage compartment and speaker housings. I never cut the openings for the speakers so I just used double sided tape on the ends and it worked fine. It held up very well for the 6 or seven years it was in the jeep. It did not fade or crack. I always liked having it when it was in the jeep. Like previously stated the cup holders are pretty much useless unless you are parked. If you want to save some money I will sell you mine for 50 bucks plus shipping to you. It looks just like it did when I took it out of the box. Let me know if you are interested.
