Is the purpose of the stabilizer bolt on a T15 to counteract the torque? I'm slowly cleaning up the underside of my Jeep, and I noticed the stabilizer bolt is loose. I plan to replace it and get some new bushings. Thanks.

keep in mind they are never tight
    they are loose by design

Thanks. That is good to know. Knowing me, I would crank down to get it as tight as I could. Should it at least be snug, or is it normal to jiggle the bolt.
