Heater for Dummy

    I have a 1960 CJ5. My heater does not work. Does anyone have a diagram of what all I need to rebuild the entire system? There is not much of the original heating system so I will need to get all of the parts. Thank you for your help.

    Thank you for the advice. Do you have a pic of what the heater controls look like on your dash?

    It looks like this one (stolen from boyink's blog):

    but with a summit racing logo instead of the heater craft logo.

    since i refuse to cut holes in my dash.
    i mounted one heater vent in the center on the bottom lip of the dash.
    the other vent hose goes to my defroster.
    and i already had a small hole behind the dash grab handle.
    so thats where the switch went.

    I used the complete heater assembly from a '76 cj.It mounts inside behind the glove box.I love it.(I need to finish defrost).Made my glove box a little smaller,but well worth it

    Did you put this in the engine bay or on the floor. Is it loud(on high) on the floor?

    What is the part number for the heater control, I can not find it on the website.
