You'll have to define your terms.

A "bikini top" is a flat piece of vinyl fabric that goes from the windshield to the roll bar. A "soft top" has a roof, doors and side curtains and is fully enclosed. There is no one making hard cabs now, AFAIK. You'll have to buy a used one if you want a hard cab.

Won't fit a '75. The site says '76-83. The '55-75 tops are different from the '76-on tops. You can only use the later top if you change your windshield for the later style.

Then down on the left it says...
I'd bet money they don't make a top for 55-75..

Rally tops can "say" that, but as Tim noted, there are very large differences between the WS frames from 1955 - 1975 and 1976+ that preclude a top from fitting both styles. The only way to make this top fit a pre-76 CJ-5 is to swap the frame as Tim pointed out.

When I bought one of these for the '71 about 10+ years ago, they were the best on the market. For what I've seen lately, they still are.

You're referring to Rain Gear covers? I had one for my '71, fit perfectly (dimensionally the same as your 75 for the area covered.) I didn't see where the year is specified, only shows "CJ5".

    http://www.jeepcovers.com/storename/raingearjeepcovers/ViewDept-242126.aspx

Give them a call... there's probably no difference in their design from early to late CJ5s. The cover may be a bit more "baggy" on the later ones due to more slant in the windshield.
Only other possibility is they stopped making covers for the early CJ5s...

EDIT>>>> I was confused, thought you were responding to my post.
Ya, check them out, Good price for what you get too. You won't be disappointed.
