Running unleaded gas in early cj5

    Hello,
    I am new to the forum. I recently purchase a 1965 Tuxedo Park mark IV. It only has 17k miles and the engine runs great. Body needs work, though.
    Question:
    Should I add lead additive to the gas? I have checked all over the internet and get different answers. Any help will be appreciated.
