I am about to remove the T-90 from my '62 CJ-5 and rebuild (slips out of 2nd gear). Does anyone know if the T-90 Rebuild Video is still available?
Also, I have been reading through the shop manual proceedure for removal and after unbolting from the bellhousing, it say: "Force the transmission to the right to disengage clutch control lever tube ball joint." That has me confussed. I figured all the clutch stuff would be mounted to the bell housing and that the tranny mainshaft would just slide straight out. Can anyone explain?
    Thanks

When I pulled mine it just slid right out after I unbolted the tranny from the bellhousing. On second thought, you need to disconnect the throwout fork from the cable linkage. You should be able to get to it from the inspection cover on the bellhousing. I'm not so sure if there's a video available but I used the "Jeep CJ Rebuilder's Manual". It's a great book that will help you a lot.
