Where to find fuel pump cam dealio on cam

ok welL im having a heck of a time finding a fuel cam eccentric. Everybody is out of stock or no longer carrying them. Im wondering if I can lay a weld bead on top of it and regrind it back to original shape. It Looks to just be a circle and the shaft is off center.
Im wondering also how it got so worn? Im not sure how many miles on the engine but I know Ive put about 60000 on it myself over 20 years owning it. Ive never replaced the pump but Im going to go new on that even though it still functions. Also the timing gear is all steel (No nylon) so I am guessing that it has been replaced at one time. The chain is somewhat tight but if I take tension off of the tensioner the chain has an inch or more play in it.
Lastly is there something that slings oil on the eccentric. Im not sure how it gets lubed. Ill try to snap a pic of it.

 

I would replace the timing chain. On the fuel pump eccentric I think a while back I ran across a thread were some one built it back up and reused it

 

yeah I think I located one. Im not a fan of rebuilding the cam but its my daily driver so I have the weekend to get it going. Kinda a desperation deal. Yeah im replacing the chain while im in there.
