oh - clint - the "acorn" you mentioned will pivot on the shaft and allow the slave to follow the arc the fork takes

I used both slave ($19.00)and master ($31.00) cylinders from a '79 Toyota. This is a pusher type slave cylinder. Fabbed up a 4x6 plate using 3/8" stock steel and mounted it to the frame rail. Bent up a 4' section of brake line to connect 'em and welded a tab on my clutch pedal arm at the right spot. It's a start works well and super cheap.

I used the Novak bracket and their slave for my M 715. I had to modify the bracket, purchased a jeep master from a cherokee later model of the same bore. Some fab work to beef up the firewall for the slave mount and some adjustment nuts on the clutch pedal. It works great, pretty simple, just make sure you end up with some freeplay in your throw out bearing or you'll toast it. I love my setup and will probably use some of the same parts for the 225 and my cj6.

I used the slave from a 59 Ford dumptruck and pieced it together like so:

And the pedals from the same truck:

Which put my master cylinders on the firewall (bye bye heater... ) the clutch master is out of the same 59 ford dumptruck.

    Just all junkyard finds...
