Windshield latch

    OK, I have searched forums and the web, but I can't find anything on the winshield latches... the ones that secure the windshield upright. Am I calling them the right thing? I was hoping someone here could help me because mine are bad off... rusted and not tight. Any idea where I can find replacements???

    I've seen many sets for sale in the classified section here...55-75 are the same FWIW

    If anybody made them it would be Omix-Ada. I've searched and can't find any (my windshield has plates that came with a factory hard top).

    You could try to find some NOS, or try one of the big wrecking yards like J&W (Antelope CA) or Scotty's (Fontana CA). You could also advertise for some in the ads here.

    I am asuming you want the stock ones! I have the Advance Adapters latches on my 74 and love them.

    Do you have pictures of yours? I have seen the advance adapter ones in their catalog and would like to see them on a rig before I buy em.......
